Maria, Founder was selected to be a preceptor at the University of Chicago’s Celiac Disease Center. She is a Certified LEAP Therapist trained to help clients navigate a diet for food sensitivities, as well as a certified FODMAP dietitian helping clients relieve GI symptoms related to SIBO and IBS. She has attended lectures and workshops given by well-known gastroenterologists including Dr. Gerard Mullin (Johns Hopkins University), Alessio Fasano (Harvard University) and Dr. Mark Pimentel (Cedars-Sinai Medical Center). Maria is all about learning everything under the sun related to SIBO (small intestinal bacteria overgrowth).
